Why don't African Americans seek counseling for their problems/issues

There are many African Americans who have sought counseling, and the issue remains the same, with all the hidden bureucracy, and the warfare on stolen property, people shy away, because it is not just a money making scheme, but it is a drug infested…
They have always tried to work them out with in their own family.
Now that not a good thing but you asked.
Most Blax don't believe That they should pay for counseling but you know everybody has too.
I don't think that we are afraid. (most of us anyway) One we can not afford the cost. (I been looking/most of us) Two we have been brought up to keep it in the family. Also when we do seek help it back fire on us. Just what I think..
My questions is why don't African Americans seek counseling for their problems/issues? Are we afraid to talk about whats troubling us? I am a professional christian counselor thats why I am asking that question.
