We would like to introduce to you Café Yahweh, the official place in Atlanta for Christians to hang out and experience an ambiance of mature, sophisticated and savvy individuals that love God and want to enjoy live entertainment, comedy and culture without the structure of secular night life. This is an opportunity to experience Neo Gospel, Contemporary Christian and Urban Inspirational artists live along with food and the soothing sounds of Café Yahweh’s house band. Café Yahweh is a great experience for your single, professional and married ministries to enjoy themselves outside the four walls of the church.
Food Served from 8:30pm- 9:30pm October 24, 2009 8pm -1am
384 Northyards Blvd.

Yes, I agree sound doctrine and proper training does preclude salvation. How can they hear without a preacher. We are one accord on this. I see you accepted my friend invitation. Good, I like to have positive, well grounded, and committed people around me. The rest of them are just dream killers. In your case, being saved and classy is attractive to a brother ... :)

I believe that people are not soundly saved. Like the scripture says, those that are forgiven much ... love much. If you don't think you have do no wrong, or little wrong, then you will not be so thankful when you are forgiven or released from your sin. They church hope because they want itching ears, not saved souls. To live for christ cost you, and pastors are not telling the whole story. No need for the GOOD NEWS until you they understand the BAD NEWS of where they stand in GOD. People who are soundly saved look for shepards that guide and help them to become more like jesus. "Decisions Makers" who come to GOD but are not told the cost of walking the walk ... will take flight is my opinion. I believe what it will take is 1.) encounter the truth of thier sinful state and 2.) True repentance followed by some time of sanctification of conscretion. How about you, what do you think it will take to get people back to the CROSS ?

You know, I agree with you on your comment to the "disgruntled" question posed yesterday. Character has been my biggest witness since I moved to this city. You actually are looked at as wierd if you don't smoke, don't talk about women, be on time ... for anything, and not to mention carrying a bible. With so many churches, and congregations totally 1 to 3 thousand or more all over the place, its amazing the amount of degradation and sin this city reaps. Its shame when an evangelist can go to a church, and members know more wordly songs then they know gospel songs and hyms. Any case, you comment is breath of fresh air to me. You have not bowed your Knee to Baal(the world). Thank you for sharing.
